What is the typical duration of an engagement?
Engagement duration varies depending on scope and complexity. Innovation Pipeline Development typically takes eight to twelve weeks. Cross-Border Expansion Advisory often requires ten to fourteen weeks to complete thorough research. Working Capital Optimization can be completed in six to eight weeks. We discuss timing expectations during our initial conversations.
Do you work with businesses outside of Sabah?
While we are based in Kota Kinabalu, we work with organizations throughout Malaysia. Much of our research and analysis work can be conducted remotely, with periodic in-person meetings as needed. For cross-border expansion advisory, our work naturally extends to understanding markets beyond Malaysia.
